  5. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.
  6. Prepare 2 of dry bay leaves.
  7. It’s 3-4 of garlic cloves, chopped.
  8. You need of Juice of half lime.
  9. It’s of Juice of half lemon.
  10. You need 2-4 of dried chillies, crushed (depending on preference).

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl..

  6. Drain from the marinade and cook on each side for 5-8 minutes or until fully cooked through and slightly crispy on the outside..
